The Jack Harlow meal was supposed to be available according to their sign, but the person at the drive-thru said they didn't have it. Another person then spoke through the outdated intercom system confirming they did have the meal and asked for my drink order. After I gave my drink order, there was silence. The whole experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and hindered by the ancient intercom system.
A few months ago, I visited the Bel Air KFC Drive-Thru. When I tried to place my order, I was told they were out of a certain item. Disappointed, I decided to go to Popeyes instead. Today, I decided to give KFC another chance since both Popeyes and Chick-fil-A were fully stocked. Once again, I went through the drive-thru (at the same time as before) in a rush and was told I needed to come inside to place my order. I was confused and asked again, but was told the same thing. It was frustrating to have to drive around the building, back onto the road, and then find a parking spot just to order. It's no wonder that their competitors are doing so well while KFC seems to be lacking in effort. Maybe it's just this location, but it seems like KFC is not trying very hard.
This restaurant is newly opened but the service is very poor. The staff need help and they are constantly on the phone.
My favorites the hot wings are my favorites I will always be the best wings in the city
It has been a long time since I visited a KFC. I wasn't disappointed. Chicken strips were hot and crispy, sides good also. Service could have been friendlier but I'll allow for a long day at work.
