Hog's Breath Cafe - Beenleigh

My party arrived at the restaurant and waited at the host stand to be seated. Three young staff members, who were standing within 3 meters of us, were too busy chatting amongst themselves to acknowledge our presence. One of the staff members even took a drink order from another table and walked right by us without a second glance. It was clear that these staff members were more interested in their own conversation than in serving customers. Dissatisfied with the lack of attention, we decided to leave the restaurant and try the one next door instead. The staff at the neighboring restaurant greeted us warmly, provided us with menus, and explained the ordering process before seating us. It was evident that the customer service training at the first restaurant was severely lacking, as demonstrated by our experience.

Came in for lunch and had the Prime Rib. Meat was very fatty and the salad was wilted and dripping in too much dressing, curly fries were edible but didn’t seem fresh. Disappointed as normally you can get really good food at a Hogs Breath...Cafe.

Popped in for lunch with 3yr old in tow who got a little clumsy as they do. the staff were awesome and helpful and even replaced the drink he spilt everywhere and the pepper bottle he smashed on the ground. All done with a smile...cheers you guys good stuff. The food was great too. I got the massive burger with steak and bacon etc and it was wicked. First time visitors from nz and would definitely come again. 10/10 both staff and food.

Can't really go wrong with a Hog's Breath. There is something one the menu for everyone and the food is good quality and tasty. Service is always good here, and the range of outdoor seating is ample which is great in the warmer weather.
