Lady that was working was very rude to me and my friends, didn't like the way she presented herself when more customers came in. Acted like she didn't wanna be apart of the subway community.

Women in the orange sweater was really disrespectful to me and my friends definitely will not be coming here in the near future unless something changes it the front office

Usually things to smoothly and the young lady who is always great and personable. Not tonight... waiting for some and only two customers ahead or me. Was not even acknowledged being there. But what really was bothersome, was the lack of proper mask wearing. Both men had their masks down below their noses almost not even covering their mouths. It was a complete turn off and I will not be visiting this store when these two are working together. The one seemed to be training the other and seemed overwhelmed. Please review proper mask wearing with your employee's.

Left w/o even placing an order. Waited over 10min for the 1 customer in front me to get a salad and 1 sandwich made. Then it was my turn only to be told I had to wait more so that an internet order could be made for someone that was not even there. Customer service has been severely declining the last 6 months (could be longer). Tonight will be the last!
