Our interaction was brief, but I was dealing with health issues and allergies, and all I wanted was some delicious mac and cheese. Ellia was cheerful and personable throughout. I ordered the gluten-sensitive mac and cheese, and she went above and beyond by checking with the manager to ensure the grilled chicken was gluten-free, without me even asking. I have been coming to this restaurant for a few years now. The staff here is amazing - they are all so friendly and funny. It would be easy for those in the food service industry to get tired of dealing with people, but the employees here are always energetic and welcoming. The food is delicious and has become my favorite spot for a snack in Beaverton.

Incredible dining experience!! I absolutely loved the 3 cheese tortellini, the filling was as light and fluffy as clouds in heaven. The creamy pesto sauce was out of this world! My companion had the Alfredo with Parmesan crusted chicken and enjoyed it so much, I had to snap him out of his food coma. Bravo, Noodles Co. I will be a loyal fan forever and will sing your praises for eternity. You are perfect just the way you are.
