Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Beaverton

Really irritating that you say you are open 11 pm on Friday and Saturday night and I am now there 3 different time at 10 am on weekends and they are already closed. Please do not say you will be opened til 11 and then close early. It is misleading and a waste of time and gas. Change your hours if you always close early, please.

Love goes here with my 4 and 7 year old granddaughters. Cost us about $5 per for our choices of yummiest and toppings and half an hour of fun together?.

I like my frozen yogurt solid, not runny. I was a little disappointed by the temperature of the product here, only the vanilla was solid, while the rest was looser than a milkshake.

I asked the cashier at the front if she had any sample cups. Just simply said ?excuse me?. I didn?t realize she was talking to a customer. It just looked like she was receiving payment. She turns to me and says one sec, and gives us the sample cups. I said thank you, but after we went up to pay. She scolded me about trying to ask her a question. She said ?don?t yell at me when I?m talking with a customer. It confuses me.? It was kind of unprofessional. It?s her job to multi task and help customers, not try to embarrass them.
