Mcdonald's - Beaverton

The staff member offered to remake my order, and I ended up waiting about eight more minutes before finally getting it. I headed home, just five blocks away, only to find that my combo was incorrect: it had extra mayo and a large order of fries that were cold and unsalted. Frustrated, I called to complain but ended up hanging up. I decided to go back to that McDonald's, went inside, and calmly explained that I was there to pick up my sandwich from 1:17. I recounted the whole experience and stressed that I wanted light mayo. This time, a different employee was attentive and considerate. He went to the back and returned with a new combo, offering me a free drink, which I declined. I left and, upon checking my order at home, discovered that he had upgraded me to a Double Quarter Pounder with regular cheese, regular mayo, and no mustard. I give up. Thank you, McDonald's, for knowing what's best for me!

This McDonald's location is quite impressive. The employees are consistently friendly and eager to assist throughout the day. While they occasionally make mistakes with orders, it's evident that this happens because they are often busy. However, if an order is incorrect, they are always willing to remedy the situation if you bring it to their attention.
