Karver Sandwich - Beaverton

The sandwiches range from $13-15 but they are generous in size. You could easily split one for lunch. Each sandwich also comes with chips. I tried the Ruben and found it to be delicious. It wasn't overly saucy, which I appreciated. The sauerkraut was a unique twist, more like a cabbage slaw, but still tasty. The pastrami was flavorful. What stood out to me was that each sandwich is made to order, which I loved. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

I had an incredible pork belly sandwich at this restaurant. I highly recommend ordering it if you visit. The Reuben sandwich was too spicy for my taste, and I wish the menu had indicated that. I don't like spicy food at all. The staff is consistently friendly and offers complimentary soda refills. The bacon macaroni and cheese was delicious, and I am eager to try the Brussels sprouts and green apple slaw. We have already visited twice and plan to go back for a third time.

I generally don't like sandwiches, but I keep coming back to Karver's for their pork belly bahn mi sandwich. It's fresh, spicy, and full of flavor. I'm currently waiting for my sandwich for the second day in a row and it never disappoints. I am now a loyal customer and will definitely recommend it to others.

We are in the process of moving and needed to get a quick bite to eat. We had always wanted to try Karver and stopped by today. Man, are we mad we have waited so long! Hands down the best sandwiches we have had. Will be back!

10 stars!!! My son discovered this place googling his own name (Karver) and we finally made the trip and it was well worth the 3 hour drive! We met both the owners and they went above and beyond to give our son a great experience. The food was incredible,fresh and made to order. The staff is AMAZING and so friendly. They have so much good food drinks and desserts to offer! If youhaven't gone to Karver's Sandwich Bar YET you need to go NOW trust me you won't regret it!
