Frank's Noodle House Beaverton

The service was incredibly speedy and I was able to dine al fresco. This establishment serves the freshest and most tender noodles I've ever tasted. They offer a variety of flavor options, with even the spiciest being manageable. My meal arrived in under 5 minutes.

The handmade noodles were delicious, but the spiciness seemed to have a different flavor profile compared to what I am used to in the city; it was less subtle and more intense. It could just be my preference, but I prefer the offerings in the inner city. The dumplings were quite small and lacked flavor. While $9 for 10 dumplings is a good deal, I don't think they are worth that price.

Amazing! The sesame chicken with noodles was fantastic! I ordered level 2 spice and found it to be mild, I think levels 3 or 4 would be even better. My friend had the Mongolian beef with noodles and it was also amazing. The Thai iced tea was great! The service was fantastic, I will definitely be back soon.

Eat alone. if they like spicy, they remember to tell them when mine was not spicy that I must ask for extra chili. the second photo was after the extra chili, but for me it is still not hot and spicy enough that I have ordered additional sweets, only because I wanted more sweet, otherwise the portion of the biang biang noddles is enough for me.

Ok, we've been wanting to make our first visit here for a very long time, today was the day and oh my goodness!! BEST NOODLES EVER!! I'm so happy we made the trip from Vancouver, WA. Although it doesn't seem far, traffic is terrible, but so worth it! I had the homemade pan fried noodles with chicken, it was fantastic, we also tried the dumplings, also very good.We'll definitely be back!
