Chipotle Mexican Grill - Beaverton

Obviously understaffed, but workers are also very slow and not hustling. I’ve been here for almost 20 minutes waiting on a DoorDash order, am losing money every minute I have to wait. It’s unbelievable that online orders aren’t done by the time people get here, that’s the REASON WHY people online order… so their food is ready by the time they get there.

If they want the best Mexican food around the best margaritas, they come to this place. The people who work here are extremely friendly and very attentive. they won't even have a second where I need a drink, because they're on top! I found my new favorite Mexican restaurant! I say to you, people, this place is the place! all amigos here! and eating is always hot served full of taste and just the best?

As most other reviewers mentioned, the waiting time is longer than the pick-up time 20 to 30 minutes). all my online orders have been missing at least one or two pages. I could understand if this happens once or twice, but at this place it happened every time so I started checking my order before I go. assumed they could be underoccupied and hopefully fix the owners this once this is one of the convenient places near my place.

This location is the worst I’ve ever encountered, time after time!! It’s a convenient location but I have driven further out to ensure my order will be prompt and correct. Management at this location is non-existent or worse, they don’t care. Online orders aren’t ready and have to wait 50+ minutes past the recommended order time and is rarely correct.Corporate needs to step in on this location asap

Came in to place an order at 11:50 and was told the store was closed? I'm confused because the hours of operation state they are open at 10:45 AM.Ontop of that, this store will randomly say they are not taking walk ins. Either make it online or only or walk in only. Do not change that on the fly.The food from here has not been terrible. They give decent portions and the people are usually pretty friendly. Not sure what's going on.
