Carina's Bakery - Beaverton

Everything was delicious! The staff were super-friendly, and very helpful. The savory treats were filling, the fudge was outrageously good (we bought 4 extra pieces to take home! , and the tea was well-brewed. Perfect for breakfast or lunch. I highly recommend Carina's.

Visited a few days ago and loved it! Any placr playing Regina Spektor is a place worth going to haha. The breakfast buns are to die for and the coffee cake is so moist and light. I want to try everything. Carina's Bakery is such a great place!

Shortbread and peacan sandies those cookies typically made mostly of butter and wheat flour so I hadn't been able to eat them for so long, but now with Carina's vegan Bakery with so many GF options I can! I also enjoyed an open-faced sandwich with New Cascadia's levian loaf bread. It came with a sprig of dill, which I shredded over the sandwich to get a bit of fresh dill in every bite, yum. I will be back to get a vegan hot cocoa soon. Not many places to get vegan hot cocoa. I also appreciate they chose a brand of chocolate that is ethically produced.

I finally had a chance to stop in today. I've never had a vegan pastry before, and although I admit that I was a wee bit skeptical about how good they could be, I am really happy to say that my fears were completely unfounded. I tried 4 different pastries and each one was EXCEPTIONALLY good. Really moist, really tender, and super flavorful. Can't wait to try the sausage rolls next. I'll go back again and again!

Carina has a lovely selection of fresh baked vegan goods and makes some delicious vegan savory dishes too. I’m always greeted with a smile and leave with something delicious! I highly recommend you visit Carina’s Bakery.
