Overall, the doughnuts are of decent quality. Although they may not offer the classic selection, Blue Star does provide some intriguing and unique flavor combinations. They emphasize using high-quality ingredients, which I did notice in the taste. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the place itself is clean and modern. My main complaint about Blue Star is the price. While the doughnuts are quite good and of superior quality, I don’t believe they justify a cost that is two to three times higher than other doughnut shops. The price alone would prevent me from returning.

The service was quick and friendly, and the interior was spotless. The dining area is really attractive with cool decor and design. And those donuts? Absolutely delicious! We tried the cinnamon sugar, raspberry, and peanut butter and jelly flavors. The cinnamon sugar was perfectly balanced and incredibly tasty. The raspberry donut was truly the best donut I've ever had – it was absolute perfection, and if I lived nearby, I'd probably indulge in those far too often. The peanut butter and jelly donut, on the other hand, was quite messy! Definitely don’t eat it in the car, as it created quite the cleanup job for the seats. Still, it was a fun twist on a classic flavor. Next time, we might opt for something different. We didn’t try the coffee, but given how good the donuts were, I can only imagine it's great too.

Yes, they are a bit pricey, but they are definitely worth it. It’s a great treat for the family. The quality of the ingredients is consistently high, and the customer service is excellent. Plus, the location is very convenient.

My girlfriend wanted donuts from a specific donut place and said they were the best donuts in Oregon. I wanted to surprise her with donuts in the morning but I couldn't remember what place she said was the best. This place looked fancy so I decided to go here. Sure enough, Blue Star was the place she was talking about and she loved all the donuts I picked out. I'm not a big donut lover but all the donuts I tried were phenomenal. Would definitely go here again. Quality over quantity, even though I bought a ton because they looked so good.
