Li'l Joe's - Beaver Falls

I've never had a bad meal at this place. It gets a bit lively in the evenings, which can be entertaining; people often mistake me for a cop and leave right away. It’s nice to bump into another grad from my school who can back me up, haha!

I had a great Pittsburgh sandwich! I ordered the steak and loved it. I'll definitely be back, but I'll opt for takeout next time since I'm not a fan of the indoor smoking.

Leah is a fantastic bartender! John, the owner, made my husband and me feel incredibly welcome.

A definite dive bar, and I use that term in a positive way. We stopped in on a whim for a bite to eat. The food was really tasty and portions were on the large side. Beer was cold and the service was great. We got the meatball hoagie and a BLT Pittsburgh style. Their coleslaw was really good too. I do forget that you can smoke in establishments inPA, kind of a bummer.

I did not eat here so I can't leave a fair review. If you don't like cigarette smoke you won't like this bar. We left because it was so smokey and all I could smell was cigarette smoke for hours.
