El Paso Mexican Grill - Beaver Falls

As a long-time customer, I have to say that the service has really declined. I waited 45 minutes for a pickup order that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes, according to the two hostesses who seemed more interested in their phones than helping customers. To make matters worse, my order was missing items and the food was cold. There are plenty of other options out there, so I won't be returning to this place.

It was cold outside, and I had to wait for 10 minutes in the lobby just for the server to take my order. When I got home to eat, the food was ice-cold.

I don’t want to exaggerate, so I settled on four stars, but I was definitely tempted to give it five. I absolutely love the food here! I've dined at pricier Mexican restaurants with solid reputations, yet I haven't enjoyed myself as much as I do at El Paso.
