Logan's Roadhouse - Beaumont

I ate at Logans in Beaumont today was so disappointed. I ordered a steak (medium well) bake potato (all the way). My steak was so dry tough plus it was cooked WELL DONE (not medium well) the baked potato was dry (not all the way). We waited over 10 -15 minutes for A-1 Steak Sauce I finally had to get up tell them our food was getting cold waiting on them. We ordered fried mushrooms they were brought out after our meal was served (almost burned). The waitress continually asked if we needed anything when we would tell her, she never came back with it. I will not eat there again! They need a new staff, management cook. Very dissappointed.....

Went because it wasn’t packed. Now I know why. Although very friendly at first, once I said my steak wasn’t how I ordered it, the vibe definitely changed. I ordered the 22oz porterhouse medium rare. What I got was a ~16oz thin sliced steak that was well done. We had already been seated for a bit and the server asked if I wanted them to cook another. So it was either wait and hope to get it right and my wife eats alone or a cold steak when mine was done. So I said no it would probably take too long. Boom. Nothing else was said other than if we needed a Togo box. We received zero refills. Had to ask for every little thing from napkins to steak sauce for my overcooked steak. I feel of you buy a $30+ steak, it should be what you ordered. No offer to make it right except to wait longer and hope and pray. Thanks for making our anniversary memorable Logan’s. Also the margarita is watered down pretty good.The steak queso dip was delicious (chips were not great, burnt and hard) as was my wife’s ribeye that looked bigger and better than mine.

Rolls were delicious. Cheeseburger was well done, ribeye was very rare (supposed to be med rare) and my chicken salad tasted like salmon as did the burger. They need to clean their grills!! Thank God we were starving! Told waitress and nothing was done. Items were left out of salad and kept running out of drinks as well. For almost $80 for 3 people, I expect more. Very disappointing.

Rolls were fresh as always. Got the potato skins for appetizer with the brisket. Huge portion of skins. If you get them recommend splitting a meal. I had salmon and shrimp and it was amazing. Very fresh and blackened to perfection. Server was very attentive to our table and got everything out as soon as ready

Terrible, steak was so tough couldn't chew or swallow it. Just chewed the flavor out and put the chewed steak back on plate. Told waiter and all he did was say oh. Should have asked for manager but no offer. Won't be EVER going back. Will stay with Roadhouse in Nederland. Just happened to be in Beaumont
