Black Bear truly outshines Iron Skillet with their exceptional offerings. I've tried both the chicken sausage omelette and the biscuits with gravy, and I must say, the omelette was a true work of art (kudos to the chef). The homemade biscuits were also delicious. They offer a variety of in-house sauces, and I highly recommend the habanero sauce—it’s fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. I absolutely love this place and can’t wait to return!

Always a great experience at Black Bear Diner. Played music from the jukebox, had a wonderful meal with our family of five and enjoyed their friendly staff. Restaurant was full. We were still seated in a timely manner. Food came out quick all of our orders were accurate. The kids had eggs (scrambled over medium), pancakes, sausage and bacon. Husband had chicken fried steak, French toast, hashbrowns, over medium eggs. I had the turkey club with fries. All of which was perfectly cooked.The table next to us had a kid with a birthday and the staff even sang a birthday song for him. Great breakfast /or lunch stop!Kid-friendliness: Very sweet staff. Gave all of the kids, even the big kids crayons and an activity menu. Sang Happy Birthday to a neighboring tables child!

Went the twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast. Food was delicious with good portions and very friendly staff. Highly recommend!
