KFC - Beamsville

This is the absolute worst kfc ever! Got a 12 peice bucket( take out) . Got home to find my chicken is burnt! Not even edible. Do the employees not care they are sending out this garbage! Would they eat this, or serve this to their family? They should be ashamed! Called them to let them know. They where rude and didn't care! Never again! A huge waste of money and time! I dont even want to give this 1 star! No stars at all! Do better beamsville kfc!

We ordered takeout and our chicken was disgusting. It had zero breading and was just a greasy pile of chicken that looked like someone had peeled the breading off. Completely inedible. I wish I could give this negative reviews because this was so terrible it does not even deserve one star. We had to make alternative dinner plans and throw the chicken away.

Beyond slow, when ordering online and given a pick up time they actually mean they won’t make it until you arrive to pick it up. Not worth it.over an hour from ordering before receiving food. This is a repeat incident. First time we figure accident. Shame on us for trying again. Lesson learned.

Amazing! This should be THE location ALL franchisees aspire to! Yes, it’s just KFC, but WOW! 2 visits, 5 weeks apart, and both amazing! Great quality control

The time waiting is horable. 4 people working and my order messed up. You could see the line up were getting frustrated. Don't know where old owner is but he needs to come back. Who wants to wait 20 t0 25 minutes? Not coming back, rather drive to st catherines for fast service. So sad l like beamsville.
