August - Beamsville

August was recommended to us by a friend whose taste in restaurants we trust. We were NOT disappointed. August has a good menu and our meals were delicious. We will definitely go back. In fact, the tourtiere was so good we returned the next day to purchase an entire pie!

Super affordable and the food is delicious. Try the pastrami sandwich (it is probably the best I have ever had). This will be a lunch spot for us every time we go that way from now on.

First time here. It was amazing. I had the blackened chicken an gnocchi (with no bacon) an also lobster tots. Everything was even better then I had heard. If you haven't been here go. I wish I could give more then 5 stars.

Ah-mazing food and great service! Being Celiac, I LOVE that the majority of the menu is naturally gluten-free. I messaged a day ahead to find out if they could accommodate someone with celiac disease and was happy to find out that there were so many options! Their sister restaurant across the street also is accommodating for celiacs, although with fewer options. The cornbread served instead of bread is absolutely delicious… I think the best I have ever had. You definitely have to try this restaurant if you require gluten-free and you are looking for a safe place to eat at! I highly recommend!

Had an early dinner here in June, the waitress was fantastic, she even checked packages for me to see if certain things were gluten!
