Wendy's - Bay Minette

Pros: friendly considerate staff. Cons: (1) no soap in men's nor in women's rooms (2) no forks to eat our salad not missing on a takeout order no forks in the entire place and everyone looking at each other to see if anyone had an idea of what to substitute for forks. We got a refund and the manager gave us free salads to take home, but on further consideration we decided to skip eating them since they were presumably made by hands that had no ability to be washed after doing their business.

Nearly 10 minutes i sat at the call speaker while they took 2 or 3 orders from the alternate line. Another 10 minutes at least in line waiting to pull up and pay, food I received was supposed to be a big bacon classic. What I received was meat, a tomato, and an onion slathered in ketchup on a bun. GREAT JOB

The food was served hot, fresh, and quickly! They even got my special order correct. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was clean, and I particularly enjoyed the patio seating area. My only issue was that as we were leaving, there were no signs indicating the wet, slippery concrete, which unfortunately caused a family member to slip and fall.

I understand that the pandemic has brought many challenges to businesses, including staffing shortages and supply issues. I was actually excited when another fast-food restaurant opened in town, as the existing options were lacking in both customer service and food quality. Unfortunately, Wendy's has now joined that disappointing category. I hope to hear from the General Manager or District Manager regarding this experience.

I eventually went inside to return the terrible drinks, which were made with stale, old coffee and just a splash of half-and-half over a ton of ice. The server took an eternity to assist us and even raised her voice at me. She carelessly tossed my change back at me. After tasting the drink, I almost threw up—it was absolutely disgusting, like a week-old coffee! To make matters worse, the server was unprofessional and never even acknowledged us with a greeting or a thank you. I genuinely believe she intentionally made the drink poorly. It was an awful experience overall.
