Whataburger - Baton Rouge

A bad operation. drive 20 minutes to come just here because we wanted to try the dr. pfeffer shaker, just to honestly say we don't have that all we have is earthy with a big sign on the menu advertising the dr. pfeffer shaker. no apologies no offer of anything else or etc. saw in the journey through for 20 minutes only to go in the position, because there is no way to get out of the line as soon as they get in. so a frustrating tense 20 minutes waiting kept hostage to leave empty hand and leave a 20 minute drive to home. such a waste of time and gas and a staff that no less interested. this situation is not good.

Building is very nice and modern but service is truly a struggle, I've had more incorrect orders here than correct. Hope they can get it figured out, it really is a good location.UPDATE: Ordered Curbside pickup. Every item in the order was incorrect in some way. Coworkers were very sweet but I genuinely don't understand how you can read 2 fancy ketchup and put 1 fancy and 1 spicy in there, like I don't understand what is going on. TL;DR do NOT do curbside.

I was in a practically non existent line getting some food with my friend. His order was perfectly fine, but not only did they not get my order correct, I repeated my order multiple times and ended up paying more for my meal anyway. I understand it in a rush, but some more attention should be given if the place isn't crowded.

Although the drive-thru person was friendly, I still had a few issues. I waited nearly 15-20 minutes (not busy hours,only 1 person ahead of me) for 2 burgers, a fry, spicy ketchup, cookie, and a drink. The person who brought my order did apologize for the wait. My fries were half empty and barely warm. No spicy ketchup, burgers were fine, and my cookie was warmer than the fries.

Everyone was really nice. Halfway home realized no fries was in my bag. I had 2 combos. Had to turn around and go back to get my order right. Found out I wasn't the only one. Taken care of immediately
