Subway - Baton Rouge

I'm not sure when those people gave it four stars, but I didn’t have the best experience at this Subway. It seems like the new employees haven’t received much training on serving customers or making quality sandwiches; everything felt disorganized. The restroom was lacking basic supplies, as the soap dispenser in the men's bathroom was empty. It's an acceptable place if you're in the area, but if you have the option, I recommend going to another Subway for better quality.

The staff arrangements are very poor! I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone with a child who has special needs.

Fantastic service every single time! I usually visit during the evening, and the guy and girl on the night shift are amazing! They're constantly cleaning, wiping down counters, mopping the floors—you never see them just standing around. The place is immaculate. They're always kind and friendly. Earlier tonight, I ordered some freshly baked cookies, and they made them for me even though it was late. Thank you!
