Starbucks - Baton Rouge

This Starbucks is quite impressive! The staff is friendly and service is quick. There are great seating options for individuals and groups alike. It tends to attract a college crowd, making it a lively spot for both studying and socializing. The atmosphere feels young and energetic.

During my vacation, I've visited this restaurant twice, and both times it fell short of my expectations. They really need to step up their game—it's disappointing to receive incorrect ingredients in my orders and find them out of stock on key items. Honestly, I expect more than what a typical fast-food employee would deliver. I won’t be coming back. No thanks!

It's Starbucks, so you know what to expect. The interior is large and well-cooled, which is perfect for a hot city like Baton Rouge. Since most customers opt for the drive-thru, the seating area is quite spacious and often empty. The staff behind the counter are friendly and courteous, just like everyone else in the city. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.

A standard stop when we are in town visiting our son at LSU. Well made drinks, fast, friendly. We usually park and walk in due to the drive through being busy whenever we are there.

A customer started yelling at an employee for not ?saying hi? even though the employee on front was with another customer. Customer yelled for no reason, bringing the employee to tears. Best employees around and the situation was handled well, asking the very angry man to leave NICELY while he continued to berate the employee. Leaving this review hopefully before the man makes any false complaints. No one is paid enough to be yelled at like that. Over a damn coffee.
