Sonic Drive-in - Baton Rouge

The only reason I give one is that the only star that deserves one today was the sweet girl that delivered my food. My ENTIRE MEAL except the Jalapeno Poppers that we old, cold and rough. They didn't pay attention when I ordered bc, I asked her not to put onions on the burger and she told me they didn't come with onions. I came home and both burgers were loaded with onions. My order was not correct and I waited too long when there were zero cars as it was 830.

I couldn't possibly be more dissatisfied with my experience here. Not only did they get my order absolutely wrong, they left out things that I paid for, there was trash sitting ontop of my food, and the food that was actually put in the bag was made incorrectly. So, ultimately you'd be much better off trying to make your own food at home than spending any money here whatsoever. The service is slow, the people are rude, the orders are wrong, and they just kinda give you what they want to give you... would be a 0 if it could be.

Came for the Crave burger amazed by the onion rings. I got the new double crave burger with added bacon and jalapenos and a side of onion rings. The crave burger was as amazing as expected. I rarely get onion rings any where but I will get these more often. Nice amount of onion to batter ratio while being fresh and crispy. The burger was fresh and delicious as well. Juicy meat patties with the right amount of sauce and dressed with a fair amount of lettuce and tomato as to not over do it. I used the app to order and checked in when I arrived. Service was fast and courteous. Very impressed.

It took 7 minutes to even be acknowledged after arriving AS THE ONLY CAR THERE. It was evident the staff was playing on their phones and carrying on instead of carrying out any responsibilities. After an additional 8 minutes for the order to arrive, it was incorrect.

Every single time. I keep telling myself I'm going to stop coming here....I keep doing it and being hopeful. It's not working out.
