Papa John's Pizza - Baton Rouge

The pizza from this location is consistently excellent and quick. Tonight, our delivery driver was incredibly friendly, which added so much joy to our evening with smiles, laughter, and a festive spirit. I will definitely be ordering all my pizza from this place moving forward, thanks to his positive attitude and kindness. Thank you once again!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. After a long 11-hour drive to reach our hotel, I called to order a pizza before the closing time listed on Google. However, I was met with a rude response and the line was disconnected. I also found out that Papa John's was closed, which I understand, but I asked if they could take my order since it was still before closing. Instead, I was put on hold and then hung up on. When I called back to express my frustration about the rudeness, I was put on hold again. If you're closed, you shouldn't answer the phone at all. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and it doesn't even deserve a star.

Ordered at 10:38 pm app said it would take 35 minutes called an hour later was put on hold for 10 minutes called 30 minutes after that and got put on hold again and I asked where my food was they said door dash was on it's way when I used the their app. Every other time I order from them there are no problems and it's normally here before the app projects.

The pizza wasn’t exactly what I ordered, but it was delicious, and the staff were very friendly.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with this restaurant! They partner with DoorDash during busy times, which really improved the delivery speed. The food was fresh and delicious.
