New York Bagel Company - Baton Rouge

Immature young female is more interested in singing her song with the radio than she is preparing food and thinks nothing of it when she drops it on the floor. This place was empty when I walked in to pick up order and she had no clue that this order wasup. C?mon now.

This restaurant leaves much to be desired, with long waits for mediocre food and unpleasant service from the staff. It's strange that it's called NY Bagel, as it wouldn't survive a week in New York.

Ordered avocado toast and was VERY disappointed. Like come on ????

I used to really enjoy going there for lunch, but the new young staff members they hired seem annoyed when you walk in. They've also messed up my order on two separate occasions and didn’t seem to care at all. When I tried to call back to let them know, they put me on hold for a very long time.

Every time I attempt to call ahead to avoid the long wait for food in the store, I'm put on hold for an excessive amount of time. If you're looking for a good bagel, be prepared to have some time to spare.
