Mcdonald's - Baton Rouge

They take to long they be all on there phones and they have orders to do they don’t give you all your food you have to turn around and go back and you be waiting for 30 minutes to get yo food

I waited 20 minutes at the drive through, called, and still never got service. I was in a hurry as well, so this was a massive waste of time.

Fast and friendly repeated order to you and was very pleasant

We gave our order. When we got to the window the young lady asked us twice to repeat the order. Which we did. When we got to the window she asked for our order again. When we got home our meals was still wrong. We went back 4miles and they didn't want to refund our money. I had to wait a long time before they got the okay. This McDonald's was never like this. They didn't want to refund our money.

Hopefully this was a one-time inconvenience, but I highly doubt that. When we pulled up, the lights were off but there was still a small line. After sitting in said line for an extended period of time, my husband finally rolled down his window where he could hear workers yelling and fighting in the parking lot. Then when it finally was quiet, he noticed the one wearing the headset was just sitting there smoking a cigarette. After over 45 minutes, we decided to take our business elsewhere. I can't even make this up.
