Freshjunkie Main St - Baton Rouge

A walk through the Baton Rouge Farmers market and went through this interior that had several food manufacturers and some other stands. The bathrooms were clean, safe and these paintings on the walls caught my eye.

Salads are pretty good, but the way they take packages are completely criminal. They come into these cute little Chinese food boxes, but the ratio here is 98% salad 3 morsel protein and 6 blades cheese. Then, with every oxygen in the box, they push a single incense skin of the dressing up. Thank you, Pat!

Today I tried the Spinach Salad (veggie version) and it was amazing! By far the best spinach salad I've had for a long time. I was also able to call and order it, and wait for me when I went to the counter. Also the service was good and I started a stamp card with them today! The salad is good. They do not want to make any changes to it because all flavors complicate so well. The only negative is that they should invest in salad bowls for togo orders and also ask if customers want the dressing on the side. No deal breaker for me, but only a tip for future guests. GO VISIT THEM IN MAIN STREET MARKET!

If you look into this place in the long term you think oh another salad healthy place. I'm sick and can't eat anything hot or full of sugar or salt. So I was a waiter of fresh junkie and like Oo let me eat a salad. If I say that's not your usual fresh food. It's AMAZING!!! the dressings are still top! And first the packaging looked so small for over $10.00 a meal, but when I pulled the salad out of the container, it was enough for 2 meals!!! I love how to do the ingredients mixed instead of Howost places where the stuff is on another. The good is SUPER fresh as FRESH FRESH! as they have their own garden in the rear type shyt. This was my first experience and will not be my last! Defend me to my diet!

Have gone 3 times now for lunch in my first week here in Baton Rouge. Fresh is an understatement. Full of healthy ingredients. Powerbowls are the way to go. Have tried the BLT and the brickhouse (my personal favorite). I can eat A LOT but a powerbowl will chicken will have me full. Staff is friendly and food comes out quick. a bit pricy but well worth it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
