? My pizza was cold and burned and he didn't have the pizza bag with him. So disappointed I would never buy a pizza from Jefferson again

Horrible service waited over 50 minutes on a online order that I had to cancel they don't give a dam about people canceling a order bad service omg.....going back to the pizza hut.

All I can say is jesus died and resurrected before I got my pizza. Situations like these in life make them great full. I have it after 1hr33min21sec.

I ordered pizza it said my pizza was ready. I get there and waited 40 minutes and they still were not even cooking it. The worst part is trying to get someone on the phone. They didn't want to pick up. Customer service is a complete joke as well
