Chick-fil-a - Baton Rouge

I usually order via my app just before arriving so i don't have to wait in the drive thru line. My order was waiting for me in the pick up location when i walked in and as always the good is always yummy

The line was wrapped around the building so I went inside to get my food and only waited a few minutes! The cashier (who was also a manager was very friendly and sweet! They also gave me a ton of sauce in my bag! :

Usually extremely busy around lunch and dinner times but never have issues with the food or staff!

I definitely don't want to leave a bad review because this is the only time we have had an issue here! The service was totally unacceptable we waiting nearly 30 min for our food we asked to talk to a manager an she was young of course and seemed like she had absolutely no care in the world! I hope they do something about this! If not we won't be coming back here anytime soon!

Great food and even better service. Always greeted with a smile.
