KFC - Bathurst

Used the drive through this time and tried their Hot Rod lunch - not bad for $5, you get three hot rods, chips, gravy and a tiny can of Pepsi Max. Tasted pretty good too.

The service was fast and friendly.The restaurant was spacious and clean.The order was accurate.It was the best KFC I have had in a long time.

I tried Kentucky tonight and was a bit disappointed, the chicken was dry and feels like it had been sitting in the tray for a while. I've had good chicken here before so I'll just put it down to a bad night.

Went through the drive through last night and when I got home with the food it was barely warm. I phoned up and was spoken to in the most rudest way. "Its not my fault" said the girl. Well its certainly not mine. Was told my "cold" nuggets can be cooked and put in the warmer for 1 hour and they are still good enough. the rest of the meal was the same . Chips were limp and barely warm. I've had enough. I'm contacting the Health Dept today. ALL FOOD HAS TO BE GIVEN AT A CERTAIN TEMPERATURE....... NOT BARELY WARM.

Waited 20 minutes. Never loooked like getting served. 1 staff member on and there didn't appear to be any rush.
