Carillon Fish Shop - Take Away

Been coming to this place for as long as i can remember. Authentic old style Greek cafe. Excellent hamburgers at $5 for a plain burger you cant go wrong. The battered Savs are to die for. If your after real burgers, fish & chips, steak sandwiches & fast food etc. Highly recommended especially the burgers and Savs.

We stopped here while driving through the Loire Valley touring chateaus.

This is basically a sports bar that serves Italian food Service was not good, but we did enjoy our pizza.

I came here on the advice of my Rick Steves book after seeing the chateau immediately above the restaurant.

Great on a cold day to get a hot packet of fish and chips to warm your hands and warm your belly - load up the vinegar
