My wife had the veal which was presented in a light creamy sauce accompanied by spätzle. I opted for the beef stroganov perfectly cooked sliced quality beef in a rich dark sauce. This was accompanied by a seasonal salad based on fennel. Needless to say since we were in Alsace these dishes had to be accompanied by the local wines which they were. A great find and would definitely consider coming here again.
