Ash Grove Inn - Barry's Bay

Stayed 1 night, the tv didn't work, the gas fireplace didn't work, the wall heater was going full and had trouble heating up the room. When they came to start the fireplace, the person didn't know anything about gas fireplaces, was on the phone with someone who told him what it might be. He wasn't qualified to be repairing it. I won't be staying here again.

This place has massively gone downhill since ownership changed. We come here every year and noticed a big decline in service, quality of the food, room standards, and overall experience. The quality of the ingredients is very poor now, we found a black hair in our food, and the food isn't consistent. The rooms are cluttered and not nearly as clean as they should be. The air conditioner had black mold in it. The owner did not seem to care when we addressed some concerns. Very disapointed and do not recommend.
