Ivar's Sports Grill - Baron Rouge

This bar is cool. They have been busy when I come on the weekends, which is expected. Lots of seating and great bartenders.

Had an amazing time here. Was visiting from Montreal and everything was great.

Did not eat. Drinks were good. The atmosphere was great.

Highly recommend super dog friendly establishment with wonderful staff members who love dogs. Several staff members regularly support our local dog rescue.

Strongly urge you not to support this bar. There have been multiple incidents with male and female staff mistreating patrons. Another incident with staff mistreating DOGS. Keep in mind, they advertise their business as a dog friendly venue and even claim to support animal organizations. Most recently, a male staff member followed a girl after she left the bar and harassed her. Worst of all, the staff hasn't done a single thing to attempt to rectify any of these situations. This is not a safe space for ladies or pets. Please spend your money at the many other amazing surrounding bars instead.
