Horrible service in the drive thru the lady that works drive thru was being very rude didn't even want to take my order Everytime I told her what I wanted she would make a rude face. Got mad because I had to pull to the drive thru window before I could finish my order because 3-4 wasp kept trying to get into my car window. When I told her about it she just smirked and said something to her co worker. Food: 1

Absolutely worst place in barbourville. Hopefully a manager or someone sees this. Your employees are running this place in the ground!! They do not care about the customers at all! I stood in this store for 30 mins waiting to pick up an order, that they claim they didn't get, even though they confirmed it. The employees MORE THAN ONCE walked right passed me and outside to smoke.. all of them!!! Just left me standing there. Then refused to remake my order or help me in any way possible, other than telling me to just cancel it as they walked out the door to smoke again. Another customer in the store wanted assistance and couldn't get it either. No one would take her order. They just stood around eating in the back and talking on their phones. So she had to use the kiosk. Then they were very rude that they had to do something. The lobby had SEVERAL dirty tables and the drink station was FILTHY. All while they smoke their shift away. Absolutely unacceptable. This place is disgusting, employees rude people, and just flat out has **** poor customer service.
