Buffalo Wild Wings - Barboursville

The service is generally good, but the quality of the food has varied over the years. This visit was enjoyable; the beer was pleasantly cool, and the food arrived quickly and hot. However, the food quality just isn't what it used to be in the early 2000s.

I had the most disappointing service I've ever experienced at this restaurant. We had to refill our own drinks, and surprisingly, the staff got angry and swore at us for doing so. The only reason I’m giving it a two-star rating is that we were a reasonably sized group. I also had to wait an hour to receive my meal after placing my order.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They refused to serve us at 11:30, claiming they were closed, even though their door and website clearly state they close at 1 AM. When we pointed this out, a staff member with pink hair was very rude and simply said, "Not my problem." I will never return to this place, and I don’t recommend it at all. You’re better off getting wings from Papa John’s.

I would rather rate this place a 0 star but that’s not possible. the waitress was terrible. she was always gone and we had to wait 20 minutes for her to come back so we could order. i am very disappointed in this place the mountain dew was very carbonated and it was so gross. we asked for chips and salsa and they brought it in the littles cup ever like what am i supposed to do with this? i will never be eating here again we got our side salad when our food came, like what an appetizer? these people need to learn how to do their job!!

Red celery, over weakened wings, dirty tables, and caked salt shakers. this place was a lot better. Maybe it's just anomaly, but the last two times we were here eating and service was just “okay”. it is not worth coming back. one of the worst BW3’s I was, and we ate them all over the country.
