Zushi Barangaroo

A buzzing restaurant situated in the restaurant precinct of Barangaroo. Lotus offers a strong seafood menu (which I love).<br/ <br/ We went here as a group so opted for the $79 banquet menu because we wanted to try a variety of dishes. They were nice enough to substitute the beef option on the menu with an alternative just for me because I do not eat beef. However, I was told by the beef eaters that the dish was fantastic <br/ <br/ We asked for a recommended wine to go with the menu and it turned out to be a great medium bodied red (Cabernet Franq 2017 Marq from the Margaret River region) .<br/ Food and service is great here.<br/ <br/ . Amazing dumplings, their special menu is incredible and makes you want more. Nestled perfectly along the Harbour front with views and food is the perfect way to spend a night out.

Fantastic food and great location Kung Po Chicken is my absolute favourite come here every time im in Sydney, it never disssapoints, looking forward to next time

Always a pleasure to dine at Lotus. We ordered a few staples, dumplings (prawn calamari, bbq duck spinach), beef short ribs with honey ponzu, salt pepper tofu, steamed fish with ginger shallot and fried rice.

So very impressed with everything about this restaurant. Every single dish was a good portion size and tasting amazing. <br/ <br/ It’s not often that you’re still raving about the food as much as we were. <br/ Just enough spice in the sambal and soft shell crab dishes. <br/ The lotus fried rice was the perfect balance of having that fried flavour but not being heavy. <br/ Many compliments to the chef and to the service team too. Service was friendly, attentive and efficient. <br/ <br/ Definitely would go here again and recommend to others.
