Toti's European Pizza Bistro & Cafe

This Italian Restaurant came highly recommended so instead of the home cooked meal on offer i thought "let go and eat in this restaurant you keep raving about.So we walked in and the place is cold, had to ask if there was heating which they turned on.Ordered our Pizza's with minor changes and garlic bread. How hard could it be???So the Garlic Bread came out without Garlic on it. How do you do that?The Pizza's came out and both were wrong as if the minor removal of prawns and addition of pineapple was a hard one. sent it back and it came back with cold pieces of pineapple tossed on top.I asked for 2 additional toppings on my pizza and only one was added. So i called over the waitress, Politely pointed out all the errors, She apologised and went and spoke to the Manager.Simply said they got it all wrong and thy knew it. The manager came over bill in hand and repeated everything i told him with embarrassment. Handed me the bill which was NO CHARGE. Additionally he gave us a voucher for 15% discount asking us to please give them another chance.It is probably the best complaint experience i have ever had which was handled professionally and courteously. The food we did eat was superb and the service level was excellent. I recommend this restaurant because the food and service was excellent, just wasn't what we ordered. We will be back to see if they get the orders right next time.

Favorite in the area for value and quality pizza and pasta. Specials usually include something more interesting like veal. But suggest stay away from deep fried...

Nice and peaceful environment with fabulous food very tasty home made dessert food came out on time very happy definitely again

The new owners have definitely improved the standard of the food however having one server replace the role that was previously done by three makes for slow service.

Worst pizza I've ever had. Cheap pizza meat, way too much tomato sauce and hardly any cheese. The pizza was supposed to be capricciosa but was basically a pizza base with tomato paste and cheap quality pizza meat. Had a better meal at Subway next door.
