This is the place to come when you don't know what to cook for dinner but feel like a little bit of everything. The price here is decent and the food is pretty good. This is a cheap eats place but serve a variety of foods from seafood, sushi, asian bbq pork, hot chips, nuggets, fruit and dessert. Sometimes it gets a little crazy when there are heaps of people and everyone is jumping on top of each other to get the prawns, but besides that its pretty good.

A huge selection of foods available, great quality at a very fair price. A very large dining area, yet still crowded due to the amazing value for money....hard to beat for a place to eat - especially if you're real hungry. Well worth a try!

Really really bad customer service! I don't recommend this place to anyone. You have to have a passport with you to get in and join into a sketchy club, id's from overseas aren't acceptable. Loads of trouble just get average food.

Amazing selection of mainly chinese foods. Just over $26 per adult for Saturday night, with bottomless soft drink fir extra $3. Tea and coffee included, holds around 800 people. Would highly recommend.

Terrible customer service, staff are only interested in themselves their wage and not your dining experience. The tastless bland food the deserts are stale. Flies in the food not covered properly The air condition feels hot and doesn't seem to work on hot days instead of using side plates the utensils for the food are left in and on the hot dishes and it's too hot to use or handlelunchtime weekday menu never changes the roasts are dry and overcooked I have been dining here for a few years And there was a time I got food poisoning(have contacted the health dept)I asked the staff for clean cutlery and was rudely told to leave my used cutlery on the table which was dirty and re use it when I got back.At one time a waitress chastised me for moving to a cleaner table and ordered me to go back to my table which was dirty .The staff are lazy and couldn't be bothered to bring me clean cutlery when I asked for it. Even though the manager told me they have to when a customer requestsWashed plates and cutlery have stains on them . And unlike other buffets they have no area where they have clean cutlery readily available.the manager Phil is complacent and laidback at resolving customer complaintsI complained about the time I was refused clean culterly. The ice cream bowl were dirty , the soft serve ice cream runnyTo summize compared to other star buffets Bankstown is well below standards.
