Pepper Seeds Balmain

I wanted to like this place but my experience was so incredibly averageMy boyfriend and I came in for lunch on Wednesday around 2.

The tacos were GREAT! We had the cochinita pibil, chicken tinga, barbacoa and shrimp All were very flavorful with a lot of meat in each.

The cozy atmosphere and welcoming decor at this Thai restaurant on Darling Street create a special dining experience. Despite the high-quality menu, the prices are reasonable. The excellent service has left a lasting impression, and I will definitely return to sample more dishes.

We discovered this Thai restaurant one evening in Balmain and we are so glad we did! The food was full of flavor and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back to sample more of their dishes.

With Restaurant Moon recently reinvigorating my interest in Thai food, a well-timed mailbox menu pamphlet saw me head in to Pepper Seeds in Balmain. The flyer indicated they had a few dishes that extend beyond the usual suburban Thai standards. The restaurant, set on a quiet bend in Darling Street, takes up the ground floor of a narrow two-storey terrace.
