Pizza Hut - Ballston Spa

Although Pizza Hut's pizza isn't quite like what you'd find at a local pizzeria, it was still a fresh, hot, and tasty pie made with quality ingredients. It was prepared quickly and exactly as I had requested.

This is an excellent restaurant. Loretta is an amazing manager; I always feel a bit happier after chatting with her. No one makes pizza like they do at the Hut! I'm also a big fan of their new sandwiches.

I’ve had some really good pizza and pasta from Pizza Hut. However, I’ve also encountered two disappointing pizzas that were too dry and lacked enough sauce. Overall, the food is quite good, and we order from there frequently.

My husband and I went several weeks ago on the weekend for lunch. Woman behind the counter was rude and we literally just got up and left.

However, by 7:12 PM, the wings still hadn’t arrived, so I called again. I explained to the person on the line that my grandson, who cannot eat pizza, was really looking forward to having the wings for his birthday dinner. Unfortunately, the person hung up on me instead of helping. I tried to call back for nearly an hour, but no one answered. This isn’t my first negative experience with this Pizza Hut, but it will definitely be my last. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. The food is subpar, they consistently get orders wrong, and the staff is extremely rude.
