Le Zoo - Bal Harbour

Eating was disappointing, tasteless cooled suppe, cold pommes we sent back, hard steak. server are overwhelmed.

We have a good service that food quality is okay, no five star suffering

We enjoy going to Le Zoo for brunch and sitting outside. We wish they had a more extensive menu and offered sandwiches so we could choose between brunch and lunch. Our waiter was most attentive and made our dining experience very enjoyable. Our only hiccup was the chef not paying attention to my order of a plain omelet. It came with cheese which was promptly rectified. WE would definitely recommend this restuarant.

They have forgotten two orders of pasta and the manager suspects that we are idiots and told us that it takes longer

I always have a decent experience and I like the food overall. Limited options, but a great place for small bites, and drinks. I'm not too fond of the service. The waiters are super nice, but they barely clean the tables, and old dishes, e.g. It isn't easy to get the service you'd expect at a Steven Starr restaurant. Maybe they're just overly busy, but it's a shame they can't get better busboys or servers that help keep things organized during your meal.
