Nando's - BAKERY HILL

For a few years in these Nandos. When I first visited the restaurant, I found everything to be specified on a high standard, and the connection I had with the staff was at a family level. Cleanliness, quality of food and personal friendliness were all on a level that created a feeling to return to the restaurant again and again. In any case, that I have dined in the restaurant, I knew all the employees with name and vice versa. The restaurant has undergone a number of employees and changes in buildings in the last few years, with the recent interior change just in the last few weeks. The new interior of the building has a modern feeling and the staff is back to the high standard they set when I began to visit the restaurant years ago. The food was always delivered well and filled. Personally Nandos is and will always be one of my favorite franchises and I will continue to come to the restaurant for years. I hope management can gain confidence in what they do and continue the high standard in the future through feedback from here and instore.

Delicious food that matches other Nandos restaurants. Chicken was well cooked and we are seasoned, and chips were delicious. The garlic pita was a very beautiful leg harness; tasted like delicate garlic bread. You can also get extra hot sauce for your meal when you ask. My only criticism is that the 1/4 chicken was quite different. We ordered three and two of them were mostly bones and not much meat, while the other was almost twice as large with much more meat. But I understand that there are different parts of a chicken and it is difficult to be so consistent. Service was excellent. The food was served quite quickly. The staff was very polite and helpful. There is also a sink on the side to wash your hands before and after eating, which is particularly important in these times of COVID. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Thought I’d enjoy dinner in the restaurant for the first time! I had a good chat with the manager Brandon! He made my experience with my gf one to enjoy!! He served the food extremely quick! Very tasty! Things like this bring me back!! Great team for Ballarat! Thank you

Our order was spot on once again (even with alteration). The kids loved the chicken tenderloins too. The person working was lovely, and even after a decent drive, it’s still hot and delicious. The double bacon and cheese wrap is my favourite.
