Starbucks - Bakersfield

Fairly typical Starbucks. It has an outdoor patio, but only one patio table with a canopy. In fact, the door from the dining room to the patio is locked and the barista said it is emergency exit only. The staff was otherwise efficient, but were not particularly friendly.

They are by far the sweetest workers know us by name its so SWEEETT going there and being welcomed before we even order, they always know rite away? LOVE THIS STARBUCKS?????????? They always have the BEST SNACKS (COOKIES ARE SOOOOO DELISH ARE SO MOIST, AND THEY HAVE THE CUTEST COLOR CHANGING CUPSSSSS

Customer service was awesome, the cashier tried but they didn?t have any blueberries for original order. Over all very clean, I parked the drive thru is way to busy especially during Friday morning.

I go to Starbucks a lot most of the time just for iced water because I?m a ? dehydrated gal ? but this Starbucks location has always been so kind and nice. Thank you for having such amazing workers and not making me feel uncomfortable like some of the other locations have in the past.

I came in yesterday and bought a espresso bean bag and the gentleman did not grind it properly for a espresso machine. So I went back the next day and Nancy the manager took care of it right away. she apologized threw away my old bag gave me a new one and went off with my day and I just want to say thank you Nancy for your professionalism I really appreciate it and thanks guys for being my barista. I you guys are awesome!!
