Starbucks - Bakersfield

What can I say. I read the reviews after I waited a long time for one drink. I see everyone has the same issue. Made sense why it was empty.

This Starbucks is consistent with messing up my drink orders. They never taste good and I am not picky at all. I live close to this location and always make the drive to the Gosford location because I don’t want to waste my money getting a nasty drink from here. I went again today and sure enough it was gross and just filled with milk. Guess I’ll keep making the drive to other locations.

Waiting 30 minutes for my in store purchase. They pushed out all mobile orders for customers who weren’t even there yet. After telling them I didn’t get my order yet they finally made it.

Ordered on the mobile app, I got here 15 minutes after I ordered and still had to wait a long time for 2 drinks. Don’t bother coming to this location.

Too much waiting time. I spent more than 20 minutes waiting just for 2 drinks and the people who served were not so friendly.
