Sonic Drive-in - Bakersfield

I visited this restaurant on the morning of December 5th, which was a Sunday. My wife and I were the only customers there at the time. They directed us to the drive-thru, which slightly diminished the overall experience. I ordered the footlong Coney chili cheese dog and the double cheese bacon Sonic burger, both of which were quite tasty. The food was served hot, and the lady who took our order was friendly. Everything was delivered in a timely manner. Overall, I have no complaints, except for the drive-thru aspect.

I absolutely love the iced tea from Sonic. It takes me back to my childhood summers spent with sun tea and enjoying my favorite tuna sandwich. On a warm day like today, all I really want is a big scoop of ice cream and a regular drink.

I always come here on Sunday nights for my bags and soda. There's nowhere else I can get Cherry Dr. Pepper with great ice. Even though it's busy during the day, they manage to serve people quickly.

It's never busy. super easy in and out for eating or just a drink. the personal is friendly, friendly amd fast. parking is quite clean and a use on the opposite side of rosedale hwy there are no homeless or bums. great location and great people sonic. great work on this. they deserve all raises. after all, it is baker field and the outside speed 120. these are the people who make their business model. all sonics are pretty good, but this is exceptional. I was here many times. I live near a sound on the other side of the city and drive 25 minutes to go to this. yes, even with the price for gas.

Food is always great but staff is kind of sketchy. They took my credit card to charge my purchase and didn't give it back until after they gave me order. Seriously felt my account had been compromised so I cancelled it and requested new one. Will only pay cash at this location from now on.
