El Pollo Loco - Bakersfield

El pollo loco on california is one of the best I have eaten in California is a little dry, I had a good experience location was clean people were friendly and eating was great.

We used our vouchers from the post and I can't complain. fast, simple, tasty and not as terrible as other almost foods. I was very fast away and the staff was so nice.

Terrible! they made my order wrong and when I went back to fix it. they didn't even apologize. in fact they acted as if they had done me a favor by correcting mistakes. very unprofessional.

With the food, not with the service. the service was quite helpful, but eating is not the kind as it was earlier.

We were coming home from vacation and stopped at this pollo loco because we like their double chicken salad. Do not go, I got food poisoning. At first I didn't think that I got sick from the food, but only I got sick and my husband is not, he just happened not to be hungry and only had a bean cheese child burrito. When I ate the chicken, it didn't taste bad but was super chewy, like it was under cooked, I ate some but I threw out the rest. Nobody else is sick in the family but myself and this was the only thing that I ate and no one else did. I would give it zero stars. I should have read the reviews before I had eaten here.
