Dutch Bros Coffee - Bakersfield

I had never been to a Dutch Bros before and was eager to try it out, especially since I'd heard good things. However, when I walked in, I stood at the counter for five minutes without anyone acknowledging me, even though several employees walked by. One woman passed by me four times. I understand that everyone can be busy, but a simple "Hi, we'll be with you in just a minute" would have made a big difference. Ultimately, I decided to leave and headed across the street to Starbucks instead.

I really enjoy the drinks at this place. The menu is quite extensive, offering a variety of options that cater to every taste, whether you're in the mood for something hot or cold. The prices are fair, and the servings are generous. Compared to Starbucks, the flavor, portion sizes, and cost here are far superior. The only downside is the long wait at the drive-thru. I get that custom drinks can take time, but the wait shouldn’t be excessive. Each time I’ve visited, I’ve had to wait at least 15 minutes.

Worth the wait/ My opinion/ As a Coffee Drinker along with Many others that enjoy a Quality cup of Java, Dutch Brothers has Proven to be the Step Up From the Rest. Zero Bad after taste,Satisfying Flavors Dutch Brothers has proven beyond the Doubt to be the Best choice for a anytime Desire. Customer Service has been hands Down a Pleasant Experience. 5 ????

My hazelnut truffle mocha was good. But the server talked my sister out of add more sugar to her drink and it was to strong for her. But everything else was fine.

The staff here are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The coffees are very good and very expensive. The place and lot are always maintained and look almost spotless. Though there can be quite a line here they manage to move pretty quickly.
