Buffalo Wild Wings Bakersfield Ii

My waiter was really rude. When I asked about specials he told me to look at the menu that I had already looked at when I still didn’t find it he said “it’s right there!”. I let it go maybe he was just having a bad day. Then when I wanted to add an appetizer he acted like it was such an inconvenience. Overall the food was amazing. I will be going back but will ask for another waiter.

Service was horrible and very unprofessional. Management was rude and very unorganized.

Pretty slow for a Friday night. Initial waiter was attentive. Once our regular waiter returned service fell dramatically. Waited 15 minutes for refills. My kids order was made incorrectly. Boneless wings tasted old. Location on Gosford is much better.

I don't know if i should. Although it was late and maybe close to closing time, the waitress was rude and was constantly sweeping around our table after just receiving our food.

Service was terrible. Our server, Karla, even questioned why I wanted silverware! Can you imagine a server not wanting to bring the table silverware after asking 3 times? Fries were cold. Asked for new ones. I swear she walked around brought the same ones right back! Had to flag her down for everything! Refills on ice tea? Flagged her down she brought back only 1. Really? All 3 glasses were needing refills. But she was quick with the check collecting payment, watching as soon as I laid the credit card down.
