Applebee's Grill - Bakersfield

I got food poisoning twice from eating at this restaurant. Stay away and don't eat here!

The food was delicious but a bit expensive for the portion sizes. The restaurant was clean and our server, Aaron, was fantastic. He was energetic and kept our drinks filled, checking on us at just the right moments. He definitely enhanced our dining experience. The host, whose name I didn't catch, was also very friendly and attentive. We will definitely return, especially for the drinks!

I have visited this restaurant several times and the service is consistently good. There is usually no wait to be seated. I would not recommend ordering ribs from here as they are terrible. The fiesta lime chicken and the cajun and shrimp chicken dishes are very flavorful. The burgers are also great, just remember to order them well done if that's your preference. I have tried every appetizer and they are all good. This is a perfect spot for a date night and the prices are reasonable.

I recently had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. The server, who seemed to excel in many roles, recommended the taco appetizer which was truly exceptional. My wife tried the chicken burger sandwich and found it to be delicious. Overall, a very satisfying dining experience!

My son really enjoys coming here often. My wife and I like the 2 for $25 deal. Overall, the restaurant is decent.
