Don Luis Cafe - Baird

We absolutely love this restaurant near Abilene! Dining here is a fantastic experience, and the staff is wonderful. We highly recommend it!

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! Tonight, I tried the grilled chicken, which was very tender but could use a bit more seasoning. I really loved how they added the paprika, sliced into thin pieces—such a nice touch! The refried beans were fantastic as well! I'm not particularly fond of the corn, though. On the bright side, the midnight sangria was absolutely delicious and has become my new favorite drink!

The waitress was incredibly helpful with her suggestions, and the food was both hot and delicious.

Hidden gem in baird texas. tried the tilapia fish tacos and they were delicious. friendly waitress. clean and polite.

The staff here is so nice! We've been enjoying Don Luis Cafe in Baird for many years and it never disappoints. The food is good of course but the thing that makes them stand out to me is a total dedication to great service!Good Job! You're excelling in an area most all others are failing!
